TUF PROGRAM Scholarship Request FOrm (THIS FORM IS NOT FOR SUMMER CAMP)

The Urban Farm offers scholarships for individuals and/or families that demonstrate financial need. Please include information such as participation in government assistance programs, your family’s budget, and/or other indicators or special circumstances of financial need. Also include a statement of how the program participating will benefit your child. This information will remain confidential.

Scholarships will be awarded based on available funds. This scholarship application does not guarantee registration.

Please complete one form *per child* if you are requesting scholarships for multiple youth this season. Please note this information in the long response area below.

A committee will meet to review applications and make awards until all funds are distributed.

  • Diversity: These scholarships are intended to broaden the diversity of life experiences of campers participating in TUF’s programming.

  • Economic Need: We consider family size, income, and/or extenuating circumstances when making awards.

  • Motivation: A written statement from campers and their parents helps us assess motivation during our review process.

  • Funding: We are able to provide financial assistance amounting to 25% – 100% of your camp tuition per camper. Completing an application does not guarantee registration. While TUF is working to grow our scholarship fund, we cannot grant all requests.
