TheUrbanFarm.org is owned and operated by The Urban Farm. The Urban Farm collects personal and non-personal information on its site. The Urban Farm is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. We have created this Privacy Statement in order to describe and explain to users the process of our information collection practice. Since we believe your business is no one else’s, your privacy is important to you and to us. It is our sole intent to protect the information you share with us.
The Urban Farm will not sell or give away your name, mail address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number or any other information to anyone, unless you have provided written permission.
NOTICE: The Urban Farm will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. We use this information to send you updates, questionnaires to measure your satisfaction with our service and announcements about new and exciting services, programs or opportunities, that we have to offer. When you order from us, you may opt to pay by check, credit card, Pay Pal and will require you to also provide your billing address. We use this information only to process your payment or donation, but we don’t use this information again. You must resubmit your payment information for future obligations.
The Urban Farm occasionally hires other companies or individuals to provide limited services on our behalf, including various teaching services. We will only provide those companies or individuals with the information they need to deliver the service or products, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

HOW CAN I OPT-OUT
We provide a user with the opportunity to opt-out from receiving email newsletters, available through the Newsletter signup form. You can select not to be contacted in the future if you wish to not receive any information with respect to The Urban Farm and our services. If you choose to not receive communication from us, you will have to resubmit your contact information and permissions with us, through the same Newsletter signup form. You can also simply direct your requests to info@TheUrbanFarm.org.
